CALL FOR PAPERS EXTENDED TO JUNE 30th!
CFP Board is partnering with AFS for the selection of six research papers for presentation at the CFP Board Connections Conference which includes the Academic Research Colloquium. Researchers with new unpublished research submit their work for peer-review through the AFS Research Colloquium and opt for the dual submission consideration. See here for more.

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the AFS Research Conference being held in conjunction with FPA's Annual Conference in Columbus Ohio Sept 18th to 20th. For the 2.5 day dedicated research track, AFS will provide hybrid delivery of presentations and virtual attendance by researchers from around the world. How often to you get Continuing Education Credits/CPD/CE for something you love, that is also foundational to the profession? Actually, you must not only read but successfully complete a quiz to verify you understood the content. AFS is excited to announce a collaboration with FPA to use their Learning Management System (LMS) to allow the management and reporting of quizzes with each issue of FSR. The service is FREE to AFS and FPA members and non-members can participate at $49/CE Credit Hour. See here to find out more!

Lyrasis has selected Financial Services Review as one of 8 Diamond Open Access research journals to participate in it's 2024 Open Access Community Investment Program (OACIP). The initiative is targeted to help raise $69,000 to help fund FSR for the next 3 years. To find out how your department or library can participate check out the details here.

The AFS 38th Annual Research Conference Call for Papers is now open. Papers must be completed draft unpublished research papers. AFS is targeting about 30, 30-minute presentations along with 12 to 15 research papers presented in the Poster Session. The Call for papers is open until June 30th so start you proposal going today. The details can be found in the 2024 Call for Papers.

AFS will hold it's 38th Annual Research Conference in collaboration with FPA from September 18th to 20th in Columbus, OH. This will include a full 2.5 day dedicated research track as well as two additional research rooms to allow presentation of over 30 selected, blind-peer reviewed, unpublished research papers. The event will be hybrid for both presenters and attendees (research track only).
